SOCIAL GROUPS Introduction I did some research to find social groups and community activities for a individual in my residential placement to be more involved within his community. Summary of Project I found a variety of social groups, that are in-person and virtual for the resident to attend weekly. The in-person clubs have recreational, wellness and community engagement with free treatments such as foot care and blood pressure testing. To showcase my research, I created a chart with details of the pricing, contact information and information on the activities that occur.
